By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Describe how an underground storage tank functions and possible ramifications for an active or inactive (abandoned) tank at a residential property. 
• Know where to go at the city, county and state for additional information.
• Coach buyers and sellers about their options if a tank is observed at a residential property.
